Slitting
The slitting from the master coil is made internally, with the latest generation of slitting machines. Absolut precision and final product perfection.
WIdths: from 6 mm
Internal diameter: 70 mm - 76 mm - 120 mm - 150 mm
Outer diameter: up to 700 mm
Rewinding
The company makes available its rewinding process, which is intended to solve various problems:
- Oversized rolls (in width)
- Wrong diameter (undersize or oversize pads)
- Wrong inner core dimension
- Uneven profiles
- Scuffed edges
Spooling
The spooling phase is state of the art. Executed on internally designed modern machines and followed meticulously by our skilled workers, this product is highly performant and with no manufacturing defect. Tecnoservice provides its customers with only the best.

Coating
The coating phase is the process of dabbing the tape (both monofilm or laminated) with a primer, a coat or a lubricant. This particular process allows the final product ideal to various uses.
Printing
Tecnoservice relies on a high quality printing system, available for monofilm and laminated products. We use only certified ink, therefore it is indicated for any type of need (food industry, mechanical, biomedical, etc.).
